Our templates are very simple to install you dont even need a HTML editor, all thats required is a simple text editor such as notepad. All HTML written in the template is commented <!--this is a comment--> everthing between the symbols is ignored by the browser and does not show on the page, this is where we place instructions at critical points to help with editing the template. e.g. <!--edit site links below--> With these comments a beginer will be able to successfully set up a template.

As a little known point of interest Netscape 6 and above comes with a free HTML editor called composer. The icon to launch composer is in the bottom left of the Netscape window. Simply open the index.htm file (home page) of the template and edit it using composers intuitive interface. If you prefer a text editor more advanced than windows notepad you should try edit plus, a programmers editor which formats the HTML in easy to read blocks, its great for perl & PHP scripts too. Our full screen template T1 has an eye catching simple layout with a bold coloured title bar with a washed out global picture representing your organization and plain text links to your other pages in the side bar. The body of each page has a main heading area underlined with a subheading area below for related text and pictures. This subheading pattern can be repeated down the page as often as required. The layout is made using borders and backgrounds rather than images so it will load very quickly. This is a high impact no nonsense layout to designed to grab the attention of visitors. T2 is a fixed width (750px) and a more complex template. See screenshot. Using image based curves for the layout and tabbed rollover navigation for smooth clear page transition. The main image based logo is placed at the top of the page with space for a banner next to it if required, the side bar can contain small banners (125 X 60) and objects such as a global image, search form, bookmark button, mailing list add/remove etc. The main body of the page has a curved graphic border, each heading in the in the page is clearly bulleted for extra impact with each subheading in its own table with room for a related graphic. This is a visualy pleasing professional layout which quickly draws the attention to the headings and subheadings. All graphics used are in .psd format for easy editing, text, effects and colours can be easily changed. Click here to see a T2 based website in action.
